I will be leading the"Advanced Computing on a Shoestring" session 2:30-3:15 on Thursday, though I will be at the entire event answering any XSEDE, Flux or other HPC questions.
When working with a limited budget, researchers who are interested in bringing a large amount of computing resources to bear on their work can find their options limited. In this session we will discuss a number of options for free or low cost computing resources for researchers. We will also discuss methods for getting the most out of your available resources. No prior advanced computing experience assumed.I hope to see you at Michigan CI Days 2012.
